Made With Care. Delivered With Care.
A rug is only as good as the condition it arrives in. Every Zevora rug is rolled, wrapped, labelled and loaded with care, so it reaches your site just as it left our floor in Panipat.

How Every Rug Leaves Our Floor
The same six steps for a single sample and for a full container.

Rolled, never folded
Rugs are rolled, never folded, so the pile and the backing keep their shape all the way from our floor to the installation.

Wrapped in two layers
A sealed plastic wrap keeps out moisture and dust. A tough outer wrap of kraft paper, foil or woven cover protects the roll from knocks and handling.

Labelled for every hand it passes through
Each roll carries its own roll and lot number and a clear handling note, so it can be matched to your order, counted on arrival and handled the right way.

Crated when it needs more
Large and heavy pieces, and anything that should not be rolled, travel in wooden crates wrapped in film, so they arrive flat and protected.

Loaded and secured
Rolls and crates are loaded carefully and kept off the floor of the vehicle, so nothing shifts or gets crushed on the way.

On its way to you
From our floor the rugs go by road to the port or airport, then on to your site: by sea for larger orders, by air for samples and urgent pieces.
What You Can Count On
Arrives as it left
Every rug is packed to reach you in the condition it was made in, whether it is a single sample or a full container.
Every roll accounted for
Roll and lot numbers on every label mean each piece can be matched to your order and counted on arrival.
Protection that fits the rug
Rolls for most rugs, wooden crates for large or heavy pieces, so each one gets the protection it needs.
Timed to your installation
Every rug is made to order, so delivery is planned around your site and your schedule.
